Bill is the Founder and CEO of Jordan Energy. He brings over 13 years of solar development experience with a focus in agricultural installations. Prior to starting Jordan Energy, Bill served as a Special Assistant to the New York State Commissioner of Agriculture & Markets from 2002-2007. Prior to Ag & Markets, Bill received a Master's degree from Cornell University in Applied Economics with a thesis on Manure Management in the dairy industry.
Previous experiences include over six years working to improve Chilean agricultural profitability, efforts which were recognized by the President of Chile, and five years in marketing and sales for GAF Materials Corporation, the largest roofing company in the United States. Bill is a graduate of Cornell University, Maryknoll School of Theology, and University of Notre Dame. Concurrent with the founding of Jordan Energy, Bill and his wife Nancy Brennan-Jordan co-founded the Let's Share the Sun Foundation to bring solar energy to communities in need around the world.
Jake is the Chief Operating Officer of Jordan Energy. He brings past experience in strategy development, growth & innovation, and project management. He believes in the power of solar to change the world's energy future and is passionate about creating a strong team environment. Prior to joining Jordan Energy, Jake was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, he led strategic projects across a variety of industries and geographies gaining experience in North America, Africa, and Oceania. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Jake is a Board Member of the Let's Share the Sun Foundation.
MaryBeth Manny is the Vice President of Customer Relations for Jordan Energy. She brings past experience in sales and marketing from over fifteen years in the renewable energy industry. MaryBeth has been a leader for Jordan Energy for over eleven years, developing a successful grant writing program and playing an integral role in team development and culture. She is a volunteer for the Let's Share the Sun Foundation.
David Granlund is the Chief development officer for Jordan Energy. With over a decade of experience in the energy industry, he has spent more than six years developing and constructing solar, energy storage, and microgrid systems, overseeing commercial contract negotiations, site diligence, design, interconnection, permitting, procurement, construction, and project finance transactions. David is motivated by helping others and feels strongly that one of the best ways he can do so is through renewable energy enablement.
Prior to joining Jordan Energy, David was a Senior Manager at ForeFront Power where he directed a team of project managers and his purview extended to 170 contracted distributed generation projects constituting nearly 80 megawatts (MW) of capacity across the United States. David is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).
